CCM Technical Lead (SmartComm)

We are currently seeking a CCM Technical Lead (SmartComm) to join our team! This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere in Canada. Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Understanding project requirements and creating TSD
2. Code the changes as per current architecture. MS Word is being used to design and code templates
3. Unit Test the changes and ensure quality
4. Involved in project reviews
5. Assist in project planning and estimation
6. Ensure that project timelines are met
7. Participate in project discussions and suggest process improvements

Basic Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience working on SmartCom tool: template designing & configuration
2. 5+ years of experience with XML and schema
