Customer Service Executive - Support Hong Kong Region
Company Background We are representing our client, a global CX solutions provider, currently hiring for the new E-Hailing & Deliveries Service / Data Centre project to support the Hong Kong region.- Accommodation provided (for outstation candidates)
- Basic RM3,000 to RM3,200
- Public Holiday Rate
- OT Rate
- Shuttle Services Provided: Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini
- Handling all inbound calls, live chat, and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
- Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Proficient in computer typing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Min 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.
- 5.5 / 6 working days - Compulsory working on Public Holidays and Weekends.
- Must commit to work 24/7 shift.
