• 15 Years of experience in Regulatory Compliance
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations, industry standards, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in managing relationships with regulators and addressing compliance enforcement actions.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and their application in a regulatory context.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CRCM, ICA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
