Job Responsibilities:

• Government and media relations management:
• Establish and maintain media relations, keeping a good relationship and communicating with the media on a regular basis to ensure a positive image of the company in the international media.
• Write and issue press releases and other PR materials and distribute them through appropriate channels.
• Responsible for media monitoring and analysis, monitor international media reporting on the company, analyze public opinion, provide timely feedback and formulate appropriate PR strategies.
• Event planning, execution and team management:
• Plan and organize all kinds of PR activities, such as press conferences, brand promotion activities, exhibitions and seminars, ensuring that the activities run smoothly and achieve the expected results.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product departments to ensure that events are fully supported.
• Manage the public relations team, make internal work arrangements and performance appraisals, and ensure that the work is completed with quality and quantity.
• Crisis management:
• Formulate crisis response strategies to ensure that the company can react quickly and effectively in a crisis.
• Communicate with the media, the public, and internal staff in a timely and proactive manner to deliver accurate information and reduce negative impacts.
• Evaluate and summarize crisis events, provide improvement suggestions, and enhance the company's ability to cope with crises.

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above, finance, event management, and other majors are preferred; experience in a multi-language environment is preferred.
• Three years or more related work experience, with a preference for public relations, social media, event planning, and other related experience.
• Strong communication, expression, coordination, analytical, investigative, and business negotiation skills, as well as high emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Understand and comply with Malaysian laws and regulations and industry norms to ensure that investment activities align with regulatory requirements.
• Familiar with business etiquette and workplace socialization, with excellent quality and confidentiality awareness.
