Since these employees will be required to do night shifts /rotational shifts only, preference would be male candidates only.    CTC – Upto 6L Graduate mandatory Candidates to be targeted from Central and Navi Mumbai only . • Will be required meet & exceed revenue target engaging customers .
• Explore business opportunities and faster resolution time with appropriate close looping.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.
• Resolving customer service issues and inquiries and later transitioning to pitching products and services basis customer profile and need analysis Job Profile
• Interacting with Customers on video, in a professional and friendly manner.
• Performing customer service activities and initiatives across product segments.(Training will be provided)

• Should be willing to work on a rotational roster
• Should be willing to work in night shifts
