Inviting applications for the role of  Senior Principal Consultant - Service Delivery Manager Overview :  We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Provide day-to-day operational oversight, information dissemination, question resolution, and issue management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with st akeholders and end users to plan, configure systems, and develop solutions that achieve needed objectives .
  • System Deployment: Oversee the deployment of programs or systems, coordinating all aspects to ensure smooth implementation.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across several technologies. Implement action plans when metrics fall below agreed KPIs.
  • Customer Education: Ensure customers are educated on tools using available company resources.
  • Change Management: Develop and/or validate Change Requests and Business Process Outsourcing (BPOs).
  • Asset Management Coordination: Serve as an IT Asset Management Coordinator by managing the delivery process for assets in Altiris.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience in service delivery management within ITMS or similar environments
  • Strong understanding of Workday applications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
