Job ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to tailor Oracle EBS HCM functionalities that meet specific business needs.Lead the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to project timelines.Configure and customize Oracle EBS HCM applications, focusing on modules like Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service to optimize user experience.Perform data migration from legacy systems to Oracle EBS HCM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS HCM users, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions in operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with technology solutions, driving efficiency and enhancing user satisfaction.Stay updated on Oracle EBS HCM best practices and industry trends to provide strategic guidance to clients on system enhancements.Facilitate user training sessions, ensuring that staff are proficient in using Oracle EBS HCM tools and features.Assist in system upgrades and patches, conducting impact analysis and testing to ensure smooth transitions without operational hindrance.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience of more than 5 years in implementing and supporting Oracle Applications ERP system (version R12).Experience of at least 2 HR & Payroll implementation project cycles is a must.Hands-on experience with configuring the Oracle ERP HR & Payroll modules and data migration.Possess knowledge of cross-functional business (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, etc.) and month-end closing procedures.Experience with one or more industry-standard systems implementation methodologies like Oracle's AIM methodology, Six Sigma, CMMi, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze users' business processes and needs, and convey a vision for improving their business in the context of employing Oracle Applications, through the addition of reports, queries, tools.Language Proficiency - English (fluent) and Arabic (preferable).
