To head/work as a member of the Internal Audit department.To conduct audits of the retail network shops.To identify the gaps/violations in shop's assets/financials.To reconcile the records of sales/invoices/stocks.To suggest better controls of inventory/system.To prepare audit reports and discuss them with management.Job SpecificationFor Audit Head: M.Com, ACMA, C.A. with substantial experience in retail sales network (shops/outlets).For Audit Members: B.Com, M.Com and some experience in the audit department.Good analytical skills.Familiarity with Candela handling/software.
