Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Attention to detail and problem-solving. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Below experience Preferred but not required: We will train you completelyCoordinate property maintenance and inspections. Schedule property tours and lease signings. Manage the leasing team. Handle lease documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Facilitate communication among tenants, landlords, and maintenance staff. Assist with market research to maintain competitive rental rates. Coordinate property maintenance and inspections. Schedule and confirm property viewings and lease signings. Maintain financial records and process payments. Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and customer service. Utilize property management software for streamlined operations. Oversee vacancy marketing to attract potential tenants. Scout and identify prospective tenants. Provide property tours highlighting valuable features. Run background checks on potential tenants. Maintain contact with lessees to oversee their welfare. Oversee client applications and lease documents. Explain lease terms to tenants. Guide leasing team activities to meet revenue goals. Organize meetings to discuss leasing operations and occupancy targets. Oversee hiring and training of leasing recruits. Conduct property market surveys. Supervise property publicity campaigns. Designate leasing staff territories. Ensure proper documentation and storage of leasing files. Develop policies to improve leasing department profitability and efficiency. Manage all property operations, including leasing and maintenance. Conduct property tours and communicate property benefits. Handle resident inquiries professionally. Utilize CRM software to manage resident interactions. Oversee the leasing process. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Conduct regular property inspections. Implement strategies to attract and retain residents. Resolve conflicts diplomatically. Schedule:Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST)Saturday (8AM-12PM CST)Job Specification: Skills: PreferredFluent in English (USA)Excellent phone etiquette and customer service. Property leasing and management experience. Proficient in property management software. Ability to upsell additional services. Strong conflict management skills.
