We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mobility, Payroll & Shared Services Senior Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of payroll, HR, and mobility processes for employees in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local labor laws, payroll regulations, and immigration procedures, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. If you are passionate about HR operations and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.Your Main ResponsibilitiesExecute payroll, mobility, and shared services processes for employees in the Gulf region.Process payroll and maintain accurate documentation for all employees in the Gulf region; prepare and submit payroll reports to finance.Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.Manage HR transactions, including new hires, terminations, employee changes, onboarding, and offboarding.Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making.Oversee the end-to-end immigration and relocation process, including visa and work permit applications and renewals.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Extensive experience in payroll processing, HR generalist, shared services, or mobility, preferably in the Gulf region.Strong knowledge of local labor, immigration laws, and payroll regulations in the Gulf region.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience using SuccessFactors and any payroll software is a plus.Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities.Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication skills in both languages.We're looking forward to receiving your application!
