The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. In this position, you will learn how to take a data-driven approach to marketing, using the latest marketing techniques and marketing automation platforms. You will help to design and implement a marketing pipeline and work closely together with the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine social media strategy and best practices
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Assist in managing social media channels
• Track, report, analyse and review digital campaigns to maximize traffic and revenue
• Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns
• Keep up to date and informed on new marketing and social media trends and adapt accordingly
• Create monthly newsletters
• Identify ways to improve user experience and branding
• Engage with customers to collect feedback and inputs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Computer Information Systems
• Proficient writing skills and good command of English
• Basic or related experience in graphic design, video editing and/or motion graphics
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively across multiple tasks
• Must be a self-starter who is passionate, flexible and has a strong drive for results
• Exceptional ability to manage details
• Knowledge in digital CRM, web content management and/or data analysis is an added advantage
