NATURE OF WORK: Internal agents promoted as Team Leader (TL) Minimum 3NAAF /URN Prior to joining or Completing WNBP 2.5L In Rolling 6 M ROLE OF TL 1.RECRUITMENT 2.ACTIVATION 3.RETENTION INSURANCE COMPANY BENEFITS: 1.Earn more incentives(variable pay not fixed to earn more incentives) Responsibilities: Lead and manage the team, providing guidance and support to team members Monitor team performance and ensure performance targets are met or exceeded Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity Maintain a thorough understanding of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements Handle complex or escalated customer queries and provide resolution Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service Create and maintain reports on team performance, including key metrics and achievements Participate in recruitment and training activities for new team members Stay updated with market developments, competitor analysis, and industry best practices Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines
