As Senior Manager, Investment, Research, and ESG , you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s land acquisitions, investment strategy, and sustainability initiatives. This position requires bold thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a strong sense of accountability. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead strategic land acquisitions, optimize our asset portfolio, and champion the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across our operations. Success in this role means aligning our business goals with sustainable growth and delivering measurable results that position the company for the future. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Land Acquisition : Identify and secure land opportunities that align with our growth strategy. Ensure each acquisition contributes to the company’s long-term goals.
• Financial & Strategic Analysis : Lead the development of investment proposals supported by detailed financial models. Your ability to forecast, plan, and assess risks will be essential.
• Portfolio Management : Optimize the company’s land portfolio, including managing the disposal of non-strategic assets to maximize returns and support corporate objectives.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure efficient execution of initiatives. Your leadership will be key to aligning stakeholders and driving successful outcomes.
• ESG Leadership : Lead the integration of ESG principles into all operations, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and global standards. Drive initiatives such as carbon reduction, sustainable development, and enhanced ESG ratings. Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality ESG disclosures and sustainability reports.
• Market Research & Strategic Foresight : Stay ahead of industry trends and market developments, providing strategic insights that shape the company’s investment approach.

What You'll Bring

• Experience & Results : 8-15+ years of relevant experience in land acquisition, investment, or property development, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Analytical Rigor : Strong financial modeling, investment analysis, and ESG metrics expertise that supports strategic data-driven decisions.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit : Proactive, forward-thinking, and results-driven, with a keen ability to spot and seize new opportunities decisively.
• Leadership & Accountability : Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently drive results. You will take full ownership of your decisions and lead projects to completion.
• Collaboration : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
