Marketing Officer (Part-time)

Reporting to the Director and School Manager, the Marketing Officer is responsible for the marketing of our schools. The incumbent is required to work closely with the school heads to implement marketing plans and campaigns, online and offline, to promote our schools. Key responsibilities
- To execute marketing strategies to expand and maintain schools’ presence on different social media platforms in a holistic approach.
- To boost brand awareness by advertising school events to the community with the use of social media platforms and other publications such as posters, banners, flyers, etc.
- To design creative promotional materials.
- To visit all campuses regularly and take photos/videos.
- To consolidate the write-ups of the Heads to produce marketing content.
- To manage the school website, track traffic flow, and collect and analyze market data.
- To attend all marketing-related events and follow up with parents if necessary.
- To support the school in other events such as Open Day, webinars, and recruitment activities.
- To handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by the School Manager.
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related area.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of website design and content management is an advantage.
- Creative, responsible, self-motivated, and culturally sensitive.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English, preferably plus Chinese too.
- Available to work 3 days weekly.
