Customer Service Agent, Hillen Nursery Ltd. Location: 23078 Adelaide
Road, Mount Brydges, ON. Salary: 24.00 hourly, / 40 to 54 hours per
week. The minimum wage is guaranteed. Full time. Weekend, early

Responsibilities: Maintain and manage digital database. Work with
minimal supervision. Answer telephone calls and relay telephone calls
and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Provide customer service.
Plan and organize daily operations. Investigate complaints and claims.
Experience and specialization. Computer and technology knowledge.
Microsoft Publisher. MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Google
Drive, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Electronic mail, and Google Docs.
