Team Lead Dot Net Core

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead our technology team and drive the company's technological vision, strategies, and development. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, a mastery of .NET technology, proficiency in Flutter development, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy in alignment with its business goals.
2. Oversee all aspects of the company's technology development, including software and hardware systems.
3. Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and leadership.
4. Ensure that all technology solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
5. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvement.
6. Interact with clients to understand their technological needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
7. Prepare and present reports to the management team on the status of technology projects and initiatives.

Required Skill Set:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role.
3. Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbal and written.
4. Expertise in .NET technology and proficiency in Flutter development.
5. Proven track record of managing projects and teams, delivering results on time and within budget.
6. Ability to think strategically and to develop and implement technology strategies that drive business growth.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
