Job Description
Job Requirements:- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Plantation or equivalent.
- Possess own motorcycle.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in palm oil estates.
- Able to monitor monthly fieldwork program.
- Able to participate in master planning and arrange workers' daily duties accordingly.
- To send punctual daily reports on every workday.
- To ensure the smooth daily operation of the estate.
- Able to recruit good workers and improve the estate.
