Qualifications and Requirements:

1. 3 to 5 years of post-qualified experience for legal associate;
2. 4 years and above of experience in conveyancing practice for senior conveyancing clerk;
3. Proactive and efficient at work;
4. Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with clients;
5. Observant regarding timelines;
6. Meticulous in work;
7. Ability to adapt to an energetic and progressive culture.
