We are on the hunt for an Assistant Store Manager - Sales and Service who can bring a wealth of retail knowledge, expert guidance and an encouraging attitude to help lead and support our Glenfield Store. This role is all about motivating and inspiring your managers and team to provide an outstanding customer experience. You'll have an expert eye for detail, know what is trending in retail and how to provide an outstanding customer experience through visual merchandising and leading from the front. On a day-to-day basis, you will be:
- Leading our experienced Department Managers and our sales team.
- Identifying areas and opportunities for improvement.
- Driving a culture of world-class customer service through your management team and taking the business forward through expert leadership.
- Playing a key role in setting the direction required to enable great performance.
- Developing and encouraging commercial focus in your Department Managers.
- Previous experience managing a team of sales managers.
- A proven history of driving sales and delivering results through coaching and inspiring your sales teams.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally, including the ability to deliver sales training programmes.
- Experience with change management is an advantage.
- Great organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines.
