Job Responsibilities Define, execute and monitor the installation, testing & commissioning of I&C systems for the Project. Manage all technical matters for Instrumentation & Control system. Oversee instrumentation works for the building and process plant. Interface new plant and existing plant fire alarm system, fire & gas detection, PA System, CCTV system. Manage Control room interface with Client. Monitor project Instrumentation progress including reviews and checks. Ensure Furniture and accessories inside CCR are provided and installed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering related discipline with 10+ years of EPC experience in Oil and Gas industry projects, with good knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning processes of instrumentation and control systems. Experience with Siemens DCS/SCADA /LIMS /BMS /etc. Experience in handling vendors and contractors. Proficient with various phases of project works such as engineering, fabrication & construction, testing, and commissioning. Strong technical decision-making skills regarding safety, operability, maintainability, and economy of project construction and implementation. Good technical knowledge and understanding of engineering documents, interface connections, equipment, schedules, etc. Knowledge of Singapore Local regulations, local standards, and experience in best engineering practices. Ability to identify all applicable engineering standards to be followed for the project. Familiarity with change management systems.
