Electrical Engineer (LEW 7/8)

Oversee and certify all required documentation for Preventive Maintenance (PM) in accordance with standards. Conduct timely Inspection for all stations in accordance with standards and ensure proper documentation. Enforce standards in the Company and ensure the teams stay updated. Regularly update SOP with newly identified anomalies to guide Field Technicians when performing independent work on-site. Handle escalated anomalies to minimize charging stations downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Provide technical guidance and training to the Field Technician Team to enhance individuals' technical competencies. Act as the Technical representative in leading innovation and testing methodology. Oversee end-to-end Inventory Management, all repair activities at the workshop, and station accidents. Support in technical advisory at tender briefings and site surveys. Assist with any ad-hoc administrative matters as required by the management. Requirements: Degree in Electrical Engineering. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 or 8 is a must. Possess good communication skills, strong problem identification, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office.
