Senior Site Manager | Dublin

We are hiring a Senior Site Manager on behalf of a leading construction company with over 75 years of experience. This role is centered on overseeing a high-end residential development in Dublin, ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all site activities, including coordination with subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with industry standards.
• Oversee project timelines and budget, ensuring all targets are met efficiently.
• Act as the main liaison with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring open and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• At least 7 years of site management experience, specifically within residential construction.
• Proven track record managing high-quality residential developments in Ireland.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must have relevant Irish experience, with a strong understanding of local building regulations and standards.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.
