Change Management Lead (Native Arabic Speaker)

Position Objective:
  • Design and implement change initiatives to enhance educational outcomes, streamline processes, and foster innovation. Collaborate with stakeholders, identify change agents, and apply evidence-based strategies to ensure smooth and efficient execution of transformative projects aligned with the institution's mission and long-term goals.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • The Change Management Lead is responsible for planning and guiding change initiatives within an educational environment.
  • This role ensures that new strategies, processes, technologies, and structures are successfully implemented with minimal disruption to teaching, learning, and administrative operations.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with the institution's mission.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define initiative goals, scope, and success metrics.
  • Establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables for seamless transitions.
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders (faculty, staff, students, parents, community).
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and create communication plans to ensure buy-in.
  • Lead workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to capture insights and ensure transparent communication.
  • Design, document, and facilitate processes guiding departments through changes.
  • Identify, train, and liaise with change agents to champion change within departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Curriculum) to integrate change practices.
  • Manage risk mitigation plans and address barriers to adoption.
  • Oversee the creation of support materials and user guides for effective adoption.
  • Establish KPIs to measure readiness, adoption rates, and impact on outcomes.
  • Conduct reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned.
  • Refine change management processes based on feedback, data, and institutional needs.
  • Align change efforts with the organization's values for sustainable transformation.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree (e.g., Education Administration, Organizational Development, or MBA) preferred.
  • 15+ years leading change management initiatives, ideally in an educational or nonprofit sector.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP's Certified Change Management Professional) is highly desirable.
  • Additional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery from planning to evaluation.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate large-scale transformations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring change impact and data-driven decision-making.
