Head of Internal Control

For immediate hiring, one of our reputable companies in the field of business powerhouses in Bahrain is seeking a Head of Internal Control with the following responsibilities:

1. Review all internal processes, systems, and policies and make recommendations to minimize risk to the business while delivering improvements by advising, coaching, and facilitating, ensuring management's responsibilities are upheld.
2. Assist the directors in fulfilling their oversight of the financial reporting process, internal control environment, ethics, performance standards, and the organization’s processes for monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and the code of conduct.
3. Raise awareness of risk, internal control, and corporate governance within the organization, providing counsel to management to enhance organizational performance and ensure continuous improvement in process management, including the decision-making process.

Qualifications:

1. BSC in Finance, Quality Management, or any related major.
2. 10-12 years of relevant experience in audit, preferably in MNC.
3. ISO Certification or knowledge.
