About This Job At ABYAT, it's all about the customer! As a sales officer, you will be a key part of ABYAT's sales team, whether in the tiles, bath, lighting, or furniture departments. There, you will be one of the most important people on the floor, providing the best, most efficient service in the market. Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the kitchen department is well-organized, properly priced, and fully stocked to provide customers with a positive shopping experience.
- Acting as an expert in kitchen solutions, including cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and accessories, to inspire and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Achieving and exceeding your monthly sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Your values align with ABYAT's values.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen sales or interior design.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen products and services, including materials, appliances, and design techniques.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology and software related to kitchen design (e.g., 2020 Design, etc.).
- Results-oriented, focused on achieving personal work objectives, and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Seeks opportunities for self-development and career advancement.
