The Cosmetic Branch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining high service standards, and fostering positive relationships with suppliers and customers. This role involves crisis management and implementing best practices to achieve operational excellence and meet company goals. Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels, handle purchasing, ordering, and returns, and ensure compliance with the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) policy. Conduct regular inventory checks and promptly address discrepancies.
- Prepare work schedules, delegate tasks, and train new employees while fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively through official channels, promptly addressing emails and reporting inventory, maintenance, or inspection-related issues to management.
- Oversee product receipt, storage, and timely sales, ensuring smooth workflow and managing staff vacations to avoid disruptions.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient operations and product availability.
- Uphold cleanliness and public health standards to prevent any violations or compliance issues.
- Handle emergencies and maintain operational continuity during peak seasons or critical situations.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and reporting.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle crises effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
