The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Senior Manager role is pivotal to support the design, development and implementation of RGM execution and tools across South East Asia, Taiwan and Korea. This role will support the APAC RGM Director and work collaboratively with the local market teams in South East Asia, Taiwan and Korea to capture RGM opportunities and investment efficiencies that will strengthen our revenue realization and generate fuel to fund continued investments in our brands. This role will be key to developing the RGM roadmap for each market to capture revenue realization opportunities and will act as the key contact with local market Finance, Marketing and Commercial teams, as well as the APAC and Global RGM teams. Role Responsibilities Developing an RGM framework and approach for each market based on these levers: Pricing Promotional Evaluation and ROI Mix Trade Terms Brand Architecture Strategy Embedding tools and presentation formats within each market for RGM reporting in monthly business reviews and brand house reviews, with action reports and supporting insights. Responsible for coordinating market feedback on RGM topics each month, reviewing and developing actions for each market and ensuring actions are taken and issues addressed. Ensuring our brands are positioned correctly, aligning our brands to price positioning guidance and ensuring alignment to pricing strategy with the market to mitigate margin risks. Reviewing and evaluating headline and promotional prices insight to ensure we are maximizing value versus competitors, generating correct rates per case and price perception of our brands. Utilising available market and consumer insights data to analyse competitor pricing trends and develop insights to support decision making and change. Analysing and proposing price change recommendations across brands and developing pricing for new products, highlighting risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment within the markets, with APAC and Global RGM teams, as well as Brand Houses. Playing an active role in the annual strat plan process through making recommendations on future price changes, providing feedback on brand pricing guidelines and ensuring alignment to outputs and future strat plan targets. Supporting Finance and Commercial teams in identifying risks and opportunities and establishing the size of the RGM prize in the short and long term for each market. Developing full understanding of our Gross-to-Net position across all brands, by markets, to optimise our trade investment and ensure we are taking our fair share of value. Implementing promotional guidelines and promotional evaluation tools within each market to maximise ROI from promotions. Recommending promotions to continue, improve or stop. Supporting trade terms analysis and revenue growth strategy development, supporting Commercial directors in developing conditions to deliver channel, category and brand market strategies and reviewing value of conditions versus trade terms framework. Identifying specific, measurable opportunities and scenarios to increase revenue realization through application of mix modeling and associated strategies. Taking insights from price, volume and mix analysis and developing actions by market. Qualifications Key skills & competencies: Strong analytical & organizational skills, effectively manage large amounts of data to create actionable & commercial insights Ability to dissect and analyze large volumes of data to extract key challenges & develop suggestions for improvement. Partner with RGM, Commercial, Marketing & Finance functions Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a wider team Excellent presentation and communication skills with an advanced knowledge of the MS Office Cultural awareness & good interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation skills Exceptional drive and commitment to succeed Strong communication skills, relationship building and influencing Qualifications: University degree- BS/BA or equivalent preferably, economics, engineering or finance 7+ years as an RGM, Commercial Finance or Sales Manager in a FMCG or CPG environment who has experienced RGM Strong Power point Presentation experience (including preparation and delivery) Proficiency with Windows and MS Office including advanced knowledge of Excel Strong language skills fluent in written & spoken English.
