Its teaching hospital, the Aga Khan University Hospital has been accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission International for achieving the highest international healthcare standards Responsibilities Supervise Electrical staff to attend Repair and Maintenance activities in an effective and efficient manner to achieve maximum completion of jobs and inspect Electrical Substations and other related installations Specifically, you will be responsible to: controlling general or Shift staff to carry out Preventive Plant Maintenance activities attending to all operational problems, including critical and essential equipment independently inspecting daily all Electrical Substations and other related installations to ensure minimum breakdownproviding on-the-job technical guidance to junior staff to increase their knowledge and productivitycoordinating with other Maintenance Sections for the smooth operation of equipment in the Complexpromoting safety at workRequirements You must have: 7-10 years of related work experience 2-3 years of supervisory experiencesupervisory license (preferred)ability to cope with any emergenciesknowledge of Automatic start-up systems of Emergency Generatorsknowledge of Motor Control Centersmechanical knowledge preferredworking knowledge of computer programs/ software preferredTo ApplyTo apply please share your CV at human.resources@aku.edu with the position "10001822"mentioned as subject line.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Applications should be submitted latest by March 22, 2024
