We rely on you to provide super-friendly service, maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment, merchandise the store and support the Store Manager in leading the team.Open and close the storeSupervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the store managerProvide excellent Customer Service and attend to their needs & enquiries at the register and otherwiseOrder, receive and stock merchandiseSet up windows and in-store displays and signageComplete timely cycle countProcess product returns, price changes and mark downsRecruit, train and schedule Associates & KeyholdersSubmit reports and Payroll to Home OfficeReport Loss Prevention, Health & Safety and damages incidencesMaintain and delegate daily tour book entries/store tasksMake bank depositsAttend to daily paperwork and emailsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:General experience in retail for 2-3 yearsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced multi-task environmentEffective organizational and time management skillsAvailability to work evenings and weekends
