As an Electrical and Instrument Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing the electrical and instrument maintenance activities within the mining operation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with a team of skilled professionals.Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the maintenance of electrical and instrument systemsDevelop and implement maintenance strategies and programsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesSupervise and mentor a team of electrical and instrument techniciansMonitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvementManage equipment procurement and inventory controlRequirements:Degree / BTech / National Diploma in Electrical EngineeringMDP Certificate or equivalent (Advantageous)GCC Factories or Mines and WorksMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining industryStrong knowledge of electrical and instrument systems used in mining operationsExperience in maintenance planning and managementExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the mining industryContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
