Consultant - Pathology/Histopathology

Clinical Pathology : - Analyzing and interpreting laboratory test results, including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests. - Providing accurate and timely reports to help in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Anatomical Pathology : - Examining tissue samples obtained from biopsies, surgeries, or autopsies to identify diseases or abnormalities. - Collaborating with surgeons and other medical professionals to determine the best course of action for patients. Laboratory Management : - Overseeing the functioning of the pathology laboratory. - Ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory standards. - Managing laboratory staff, including technicians and support staff. Communication : - Communicating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, surgeons, and radiologists, to discuss and coordinate patient care. - Providing consultations and explanations of pathology reports to referring physicians.
