Welder Helper, The Steel Guys Fabricating Ltd. Location: 7315 Buller

Ave., Burnaby, BC. Salary: 22.00 hourly, / 40 hours per week. Full

time. Day, evening, morning. Starts as soon as possible. Languages

English. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience will train.

Responsibilities: Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess

welds, rust, scale, and other materials from the surfaces of metal

products. Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions. Assist

structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal

machine operators, or other metal workers. Sort metal sheets and

parts, scrap metal, and other materials. Grind or chip excess metal

from metal products using hand tools. Clean machines and immediate

work areas. Load and unload the vehicle. Polish metal products to a

mirror finish. Read and interpret work orders.
