Regulatory Compliance and Licensing Manager

1. Stay informed on rapidly changing global crypto regulations and provide timely impact analyses to Senior Management.
2. Identify jurisdictions favorable to cryptocurrency and oversee licensing applications and registrations across APEC and other regions.
3. Leverage experience with regulators in key areas such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Bermuda, Turkey, India, and pan-Europe (including AMF, BaFin, FSMA, etc.).
4. Develop and convey licensing strategies, clearly outlining their implications for the business.
5. Serve as the primary project manager, collaborating with external consultants and attorneys throughout the licensing process.
6. Manage regulatory submissions and respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
7. Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure business operations adhere to regulations.
8. Create, review, and update Compliance Manuals to align with regulatory requirements.
9. Design and implement compliance workflows to support business activities.
10. Facilitate internal training and update training materials as necessary.
11. After licensing, oversee staff dealings and maintain relevant records.

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Banking, Business, or Law.
2. 5 years+ of relevant experience in regulatory compliance or licensing within financial institutions.
3. Exceptional project management capabilities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
6. Candidates with additional experience may qualify for the Senior Regulatory Compliance and Licensing Manager position.
7. Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
