Food Service Supervisor, Tim Hortons. Location # 17: 7766 Martin Grove

Rd., Woodbridge, ON. Salary: 17.00 to 18.50 hourly (To be negotiated)

/ 30 to 40 hours per week. Full time. Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift,

Responsibilities: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise

and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate

the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation. Hire food

service staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control

standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records

of stock, repairs, sales and waste. Prepare and submit reports.

Establish work schedules. Supervision, Cook (general), Food and

beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers,

and kitchen and food service helpers.
