Management Accountant

The Opportunity: This management accounting role collaborates with senior commercial leaders on projects, focusing on optimising business partnering and providing proactive financial and commercial advice to all business units. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the finance team, senior management, and business units with pragmatic financial and commercial advice.
• Produce timely and accurate management reports.
• Review financial systems, practices, and policies, recommending and implementing necessary changes.
• Provide training and support for staff on financial systems and processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

• CA/CPA qualified with a tertiary degree in accounting or similar.
• Driven to improve efficiencies and create innovative solutions.
• Adaptive, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in an environment that fosters creativity, autonomy, and knowledge sharing.

You'll bring experience as an accountant or finance professional, with exposure to organisational change, operational support, or continuous improvement. Your focus will be on optimising finance operations while collaborating closely with business partners for smooth planning and execution.
