About the job: Senior Manager - Sales & Business Development Based in Bangi - Medical ODM & Components Business Development - Plastics | Polymer (Extrusion | Injection Molding)- Excellent Career progression - Working location: Bangi Working hours: 5 day week, Normal Working Hours Job Responsibilities:- Identify potential new customers through market awareness and understanding.
- Generate quotations for business development utilizing understanding of customers' development, project, or manufacturing requirements.
- Follow up on sales leads to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current and potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Review and negotiate customer-specific pricing structure, terms, NDA, and supply agreements.
- Resolve customer claims and complaints with Quality team support.
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a mid-level sales position.
