Role Description
We are hiring Administrative Assistant to support Transweeft's daily operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth administrative processes, assisting with payroll management, providing clerical support, and helping with HR-related tasks like hiring and record-keeping. This hybrid role is based in Lekki but offers flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Assist with payroll processing, tracking employee payments, and maintaining compliance records.
HR Support: Help with recruitment coordination, employee record management, and onboarding tasks.
Administrative Support: Handle data entry, document preparation, and filing.
Communication Management: Manage phone calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain calendars, organize meetings, and track important deadlines.
Reporting: Create reports to track payroll, HR metrics, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or payroll-related roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with payroll tools or willingness to learn
Strong communication skills and phone etiquette.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems independently.
Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus but not mandatory.
