About our Client: Our client is a well-established fried-chicken restaurant chain, renowned for quality and consistency across its locations. Role Overview: The Purchasing Manager will oversee the entire supply chain for all restaurant locations, ensuring smooth, cost-effective operations and fostering strong supplier relationships. The role focuses on strategic purchasing, inventory optimization, and continuous productivity improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy.
- Set and monitor KPIs with senior management.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Lead and manage team members in Purchasing, Demand & Supply Planning, and Warehouse Operations.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships and stay informed on market trends.
- Manage inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and reduce waste.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving, time-management, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Proactive, resourceful, and committed to achieving results.
