Overseeing and guiding a team of Commercial Associates in establishing and maintaining effective communication with Brand Leads within pharmaceutical companies. In addition, fostering strong relationships, understanding client requirements, and ensuring successful collaboration between the team and pharmaceutical partners.-       Providing leadership to the commercial associates, offering guidance and support to ensure they excel in their roles.-       Fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.-       Facilitating communication between the team and brand managers as well as understanding client needs and expectations.-       Working closely with the commercial associates to align the company marketing strategies with the goals and preferences of pharmaceutical clients.-       Ensuring that marketing initiatives are tailored to meet client objectives.-       Overseeing the planning and execution of marketing projects, coordinating efforts within the team in commercial and operations to meet client deadlines and deliver high-quality results.-       Staying abreast of industry trends and changes in the healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing landscape.-       Providing insights to your team and clients to enhance marketing strategies.-       Managing that any expenses on the project will not affect the profitability. -       Addressing challenges or concerns that may arise during client interactions or project execution.-       Acting as a mediator and problem-solver to maintain positive relationships.
