The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience with specific expertise in Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger ). This hybrid role requires excellent communication skills in English and involves working in a day shift. Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance customer interactions by ensuring highquality voice recordings.
• Utilize Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger) to monitor and analyse voice interactions.
• Provide subject matter expertise in voice processes and technologies.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve customer service standards.
• Maintain and update voice recording systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice recording systems.

• 1 to 4 years of experience in a Technical voice role is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Genesys Interaction Recording (GIR) and VAM (Voice Logger ).Mandatory
• Experience managing call logger and Avaya Call Management System ).Mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
