Their innovative robots are already making a difference in 30 countries! As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Lead Power Systems Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of electrical engineers focused on power systems (generation, distribution, control). Guide and support the team, fostering collaboration and innovation. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into product designs. Oversee testing and optimization of electrical components for reliability and performance. Select components and wiring based on cost, efficiency, and sustainability. Stay current on new technologies and trends to improve designs. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Manage supplier relationships to source quality components. Oversee the design process from concept to production, providing support during testing. Collaborate with leadership on project goals, timelines, and resources. Lead design reviews to improve product quality and energy efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in team processes and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 6+ years of experience in power systems and electrical engineering. Proven leadership and team management experience. Expertise in electrical design tools (e.g., E3.series, SOLIDWORKS Electrical, AutoCAD Electrical). Strong understanding of power electronics, circuit theory, and energy management. Experience in robotics, automotive, or commercial products. Familiarity with sustainability and emerging trends in power systems. Excellent communication and project management skills.
