Retail Manager Dublin 12

We here at Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting for a Studio Manager based in Dublin 12. A full time opportunity at an established ecommerce studio specializing in visual production with the fashion retail sector. Responsibilities:

• Managing the day to day running of the photographic studio and studio operational and creative teams
• Making sure work is completed to a high standard and checking quality regularly against the agreed guidelines
• Review and development of workflow systems and practices
• Ensure team performance KPIs are met to agreed levels and constantly identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
• Liaising daily with clients to deal with queries managing process and out of process requests as well as provide practical solutions to day to day issues that may arise
• Dealing with technical issues in the studio and problem solving
• Organise and lead departmental meetings
• Manage and implement all projects briefs re shoots and updates to Style Guides.

• Previous strong retail management experience is essential
• Understanding of retail Ecommerce industry and content specific asset production
• Interest and understanding of Photography and brand content
• Experience of managing and leading teams of operational staff in a high volume production environment
• Understanding of retail and ecommerce environment and processes within retail buying teams and ecommerce operations
• Excellent communication organisational and people management skills
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
