Brand Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) – Premium Drinks Industry Location: North County Dublin Salary: Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses Hybrid working Reporting to the Brand Director About the Role: We are looking to hire an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for our client's globally recognized portfolio of premium alcohol brands. This role focuses on driving growth and innovation within the off-trade channel (grocery retail), ensuring the brands resonate with consumers and deliver measurable business outcomes. As a key member of the marketing team, you will have the unique opportunity to work with iconic brands, leveraging data-driven insights and shopper marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute brand marketing strategies tailored to the off-trade channel, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
  2. Lead the creation and implementation of shopper marketing campaigns that influence purchasing decisions and drive sales.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, category managers, and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
  4. Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand innovation and growth.
  5. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
  6. Work closely with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative campaigns and activations.
  7. Track and report on campaign performance, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
  1. A minimum of 3-4 years experience in brand management, preferably within the premium drinks or FMCG industry.
  2. Proven expertise in shopper marketing and working with grocery retailers in Ireland to achieve brand objectives.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategic actions.
  4. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
  5. Creativity, innovation, and a passion for premium branding.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
