Senior Manager/Head of Operations , a pivotal role in our client’s new setup. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), you will oversee and integrate operations across our hotel and hospital services, ensuring exceptional guest and patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Strategic Coordination Lead and execute operational strategies across hotel and hospital functions, aligning with organizational goals. Collaborate closely with the GM and executive leaders to ensure seamless integration between hospitality and healthcare services. Serve as the primary liaison between hotel and hospital teams, fostering effective communication and synergy. Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations, including guest/patient services, housekeeping, food & beverage, facilities, and healthcare management. Monitor performance metrics to uphold the highest standards in hospitality and healthcare operations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, policies, and standards. Guest and Patient Experience Cultivate a culture of excellence in service delivery, catering to the unique needs of guests and patients. Develop initiatives to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty. Resolve escalated guest and patient concerns promptly and effectively. Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and inspire departmental heads across hotel and healthcare operations. Promote collaboration and accountability within the team. Implement training programs to enhance operational skills and elevate service delivery. Financial Management Manage budgets for hotel and hospital operations, focusing on cost optimization and revenue growth. Prepare and present financial reports to the GM and senior leadership. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising service quality. Innovation and Compliance Introduce innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in hospitality and healthcare sectors. Qualifications and Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Experience 5 to 10 years of senior leadership experience with significant exposure to both hotel and healthcare operations. Proven track record of managing large teams in high-performance environments. Skills Strategic leadership and operational management expertise. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Financial management skills and regulatory compliance knowledge. Preferred Candidate Profile Demographics : Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
