Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? As an Investment Management Assistant, you will provide a robust administration function to the investment management team in an efficient and timely manner. You will provide support with the production of portfolio proposals and associated administration. The combination of work experience and learning opportunities will equip you with a well-rounded skill set, that will enable you to build your career in Investment Management. What will you do?
- Develop knowledge of Investment Management, Financial Services sector, and the wider business.
- Support Investment Managers in the production of portfolio proposals, presentations, pitches, and associated administration with new and existing clients.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of client documents for the Client/Investment Manager/Intermediary/Third party provider.
- Ensure all key Financial Adviser data and activity is captured and updated on our internal systems.
- Undertake regular strategy meetings with Investment Managers, to plan, discuss and organise activities.
- Support business development through correct application of client processes and procedures.
- Assists team members as required and works effectively with colleagues.
- Working towards, or has attained a QFA or equivalent qualification.
- Previous administration experience, ideally in financial services.
- Attention to detail and can maintain accuracy throughout their work.
- Enjoy learning new things, seeking out ways to expand your knowledge, and invest time in your development.
