Title: Trade Counter Manager Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 Salary: Neg DOE Knowledge & Experience

• Substantial experience working within the Building Materials Industry
• Experience working on a trade counter
• Strong communication Skills
• Ability to reach and exceed sales targets
• People management experience

• Manage all aspects of the Trade Counter; buying / stock levels / margins
• Achieve sales and margin targets
• Building customer relationships
• Maintain a high customer service standard ensuring all customers are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
• Ensure employees are appropriately trained to deal with customers
• Be responsible for all equipment and carry out regular stock checks
• Ability to manage and anticipate change
• Ensure all company policies are implemented accordingly
