About the role - you will: Perform preventive maintenance and product conversion of the sputtering tool. Execute equipment troubleshooting and follow up on chronic machine issues. Lead a team of technicians to maintain and improve OEE. Work with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and stability of the tool. About you: Positive working attitude and adaptable. Team player with good problem-solving skills. Willing to work in a clean room environment. Willing to work on a 12-hour shift pattern. Familiar with Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Leadership skills and able to work under minimal supervision. Your experience includes: Relevant experience in equipment predictive and preventive maintenance. Working experience in PLC controls, vacuum technology, and equipment maintenance is an added advantage. Effective hands-on troubleshooting on equipment maintenance issues. Ability to work effectively with other teams for continuous improvement. Location: Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
