Application Deadline: 28 February 2025 Department: Human Resources & Training Location: Saudi Arabia - Yanbu Description: Staff Housing Supervisor is responsible for the cleanliness of staff housing. He or She also needs to train and inspect the performance of assigned staff housing attendants ensuring that all procedures are completed as per the hotel's standards. In charge and supervises cleaning activity of areas including management apartments, management studios, staff rooms, public toilets, garden areas, corridors, pathway, perimeter of staff housing, heart of the house corridors, staircases, etc. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the day-to-day cleaning of staff housing.
  2. Perform routine inspections of all public areas, rooms, apartments, and storerooms.
  3. Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects.
  4. Supervise and coordinate pest control, flowers, plants, and periodical deep cleaning operations on all areas of responsibility.
  5. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
  6. Anticipate staff's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all staff, however busy and according to the time of day.
  7. Assign duties and coordinate breaks for assigned staff.
  8. Ensure that assigned staff has reported to work, and also document any late or absent employees.
  9. Prepare and distribute assignment work sheets to assigned staff and review priorities.
  10. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to staff.
  11. Clean staff housing in emergency situations.
  12. Efficiently manage stock control and the maintenance of all equipment.
  13. Issue supplies/goods to staff at the beginning of the shift in order to control inventory.
  14. Report all maintenance defects and follow up with Engineering.
  15. Complete work orders forms for equipment maintenance or repairs and submit to Engineering.
  16. Responsible to check staff grooming and hygiene.
  17. Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving.
  18. Review status of assignments and hand over any follow-up action with on-coming supervisor.
  19. Inform Management about any damage, theft or loss to staff housing property.
  20. Answer inquiries to maintain controls and ensure staff satisfaction.
  21. Manage and train Staff Housing Attendants and other team members to ensure their performance meets the standards required.
  22. Provide feedback on staff performance and report disciplinary problems to Staff Housing Manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: A minimum of two years of experience in the same field, fluency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to prepare daily and monthly reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
