Reporting to the Head of Employer Solutions, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hong Kong, allowing you to make a significant impact on our growth. Key responsibilities: Key Account Management
- Responsible for managing the portfolios of the Employer Solutions team.
- Responsible for cross-sell/upsell as well as overall client experience.
- Attend meetings with the Commercial team to review key accounts and provide updates on deliverables.
- Work closely with the deliverable team to solve client issues and ensure the quality of the deliverables.
- Achieve the business goals and financial objectives of the department.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and deliver high-quality service.
- Support Senior in business development and client management, such as attending client meetings and preparing marketing materials.
- Review proposals, fee quotations, and service agreements for potential clients.
- Responsible for own clients’ portfolio, managing the WIP, recovery rate, and fees receivable.
- Design various reports to fulfill clients’ business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to define success metrics and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring progress.
- In charge of a portfolio of clients with various assignments in payroll, statutory filing, MPF/ORSO administration, employment visa applications, etc.
- Analyze client portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, ensuring that each client’s needs are met effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize client engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues that may impact project success or client satisfaction.
- Use client feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory payment and reporting requirements in MPF and tax.
- In charge of the setup for new payroll clients.
- Responsible for reviewing and keeping abreast of the latest regulatory requirements.
- Review and sign off KYC onboarding documentation.
- In charge of the MPF scheme setup and acquisition of various insurance policies for clients.
- Support Seniors in people management, such as conducting counseling and staff performance appraisal.
- Manage client assignments, monitor, and coach junior team members to deliver professional client services.
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Studies or Human Resources Management.
- Experience with a sizeable professional firm is a definite advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in payroll or HR administration, with at least 5 years’ experience at a supervisory level.
- Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and HR-related regulations is preferred.
- Proficient in various HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Outgoing and a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, and sales-driven.
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to multi-task.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with fluent spoken Mandarin.
