Business Operations Analyst

We’re working with a leading software and services provider as they look for an Operations Business Analyst to join their Metering team. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing the complexities of a highly regulated industry while delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs. What You’ll Do

• Support operational delivery, collaborating with product and program teams on software enhancements and industry initiatives.
• Lead efforts on the Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement Program, ensuring seamless operational support.
• Identify and implement process improvements, product enhancements, and automation opportunities.
• Provide expert advice to internal teams and clients, representing the business in workshops and product development discussions.
• Manage additional work requests and contribute to contract renewals by showcasing operational value.

• 4+ years’ experience in the utilities or energy sector.
• A strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in SQL and/or automation tools being a bonus.
• Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to adapt to competing priorities.
